The children have started their new topic on Famous Five and shared some amazing people with us. What an incredible selection! From Taylor Swift to David Attenborough, from Steve Backshall to her Majesty the Queen! You will soon be seeing their choices in our Hall of Fame gallery in the corridor.
We have been learning all about the Great Fire of London and the marvels of Samuel Pepys and his diary. We have wondered what he must have thought when he first sighted the fire and what we would choose save in such a dreadful situation.
There has been a lot of thinking about 3D shape this week; especially about their properties and the special names for each part. Some fabulous models have been made to show their understanding.
Forest School for 2F this week involved fire lighting and making God;s Eye models using fire colours - these looked beautiful and very dramatic!
