We have also been completing a Florence nightingale timeline and this shows us when the different events happened.
This week the Year 2 mathematicians have been learning 'funny writing', please ask your child to explain! We have also been looking at multiplying and dividing. Please continue to encourage your children to learn their times tables and number bonds as this will support them in their classroom learning.
Just a quick reminder that reading books are changed on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you're child reads any other books at home you are very welcome to note this in their reading records it is always lovely to see what else they are reading at home.
We have had some fantastic presentations about a huge range of famous people - we still have three weeks left of term so if your child has not yet completed this homework please don't worry as you have plenty of time!
